Below is a list of the Terms & Conditions that you agree to as part of purchasing items from our site.

All sales are final – there is no refund policy. If a refund is given, it will be done solely as the discretion of the seller.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us, up and until the time it is to be delivered.

The provided address at the time of order is where the trees will be delivered and installed. If the wrong address is provided and not corrected by the purchaser, it will be the purchaser’s responsibility to relocate the tree.

The trees and other products have a target delivery date for the week before or after Thanksgiving (November 22, 2024), which would imply a delivery date between November 25, 2024, and December 6, 2024. However, we reserve the right to deliver the trees any date in November and as late as December 9, 2024.

Purchase of a Christmas tree includes delivery and installation at a location selected by the installer to be appropriate. If the homeowner elects to purchase our tree marking add on, that location will be used. Unless the tree placement marker is purchased by us and in place prior to delivery/installation, the purchaser agrees to accept the installer’s selected location.

The purchase of all other items (Christmas lights, extension cords, wreaths, etc.) will include delivery only and be left in an area determined to be most convenient by the installer.

Any dispute relating to any activity on The North Pole Trees, or the purchase of any products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Birmingham, AL, unless you have in some way threatened or violated The North Pole Tree’s intellectual property rights, whereby we may seek an injunctive.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
